About These Rugs
What's the difference between round and shaped rugs?
Round rugs have 3 layers: a plush polyester top, a 12mm foam core and a non-slip base, so they're thick and cushioned. Shaped rugs are plush velour and about 3mm thick.
Are they non-slip?
Yes. Round rugs have an epoxy underside and shaped rugs have a rubber underside, both for a secure grip on floors.
Can I use a shaped rug in the bathroom?
Yes. Shaped rugs work in bathrooms, bedrooms and living rooms.
Why does my rug have creases?
Rugs ship folded, so some creases are normal. They disappear after 1 to 2 weeks of use.
What sizes do round rugs come in?
24, 31, 39, 47 and 59 inches. Choose your size on the product page.
Shipping & Orders
How long until I get my order?
Every item is printed to order. Production takes 3 to 5 business days, then shipping takes: US Standard 10–14 business days, US Express 5–7, Canada, Europe, Australia and New Zealand 8–12, other locations 2–4 weeks. We email your tracking number once it ships.
How much is shipping?
US Standard is $8.95 and free over $100. US Express is $15, plus $6.95 per additional item. Canada is $10.95. International is $12.95.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll do our best. Once production starts, orders can't be changed or canceled.
What if my item arrives damaged or wrong?
Email [email protected] with a photo and your order number, and we'll make it right.
Can I add my name to this product?
If this page shows a Custom Name field, type your name before adding to cart. We print exactly what you enter, so double-check the spelling. Personalized items can't be returned unless they arrive defective, damaged or misprinted.
