How do I choose my size?
Use the Size Guide tab on this page. Sizes are listed in US with EU equivalents. If you're between sizes, size up. If they don't fit, we offer a free size exchange with no return shipping needed.
What are they made of?
Lightweight, soft EVA foam with a black anti-slip outsole for traction on wet and dry surfaces.
Can I wear them as sandals?
Yes. The pivoting heel strap lets you wear them secured as sandals, or push it forward for an easy slip-on.
Can I wear them in water?
Standard EVA clogs are water-friendly and quick-drying. Fleece-lined clogs are not, so keep the lining dry.
Will the design fade?
Designs are covered by our 365-Day Vibrant Print Warranty.
Shipping & Orders
How long until I get my order?
Every item is printed to order. Production takes 3 to 5 business days, then shipping takes: US Standard 10–14 business days, US Express 5–7, Canada, Europe, Australia and New Zealand 8–12, other locations 2–4 weeks. We email your tracking number once it ships.
How much is shipping?
US Standard is $8.95 and free over $100. US Express is $15, plus $6.95 per additional item. Canada is $10.95. International is $12.95.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll do our best. Once production starts, orders can't be changed or canceled.
What if my item arrives damaged or wrong?
Email [email protected] with a photo and your order number, and we'll make it right.
Can I add my name to this product?
If this page shows a Custom Name field, type your name before adding to cart. We print exactly what you enter, so double-check the spelling. Personalized items can't be returned unless they arrive defective, damaged or misprinted.
